Our desire is to provide a God-honoring journey for your family through the entire application process. Here at King's Academy, we are not a "first-come, first-served" school. Instead, we strive to find the right students and families and ensure that there is a mutually beneficial fit. We are accepting applications for Pre-K through 8th grade for Fall 2025.

Application Process
For the 2025-2026 school year, the applications will open on Tuesday, November 1st, 2024. Please join us for one of our preview days on October 18th, 19th, or 20th from 8:00-930am! Space is limited, so please email admissions@kingsacademynashville.com to reserve your spot. If you would like to schedule a tour on another date, feel free to email also. Please note: A child must be 4 years of age by August 15th of the year he/she would begin Pre-Kindergarten and 5 years of age by August 15th for Kindergarten.
- Step 1: Submit an Application
- To apply to King’s Academy, please submit an online application. You must submit a separate application for each child you are enrolling.
- Step 2: Submit Financial Aid Forms
- To be considered for our first round placements for the upcoming school year, please submit your Financial Aid form found in the Application Checklist assigned to you after you apply.
- Step 3: Schedule a Conversation with our Head of School
- Upon completion of your application, our Head of School, Diana Beach Batarseh, will reach out to you to schedule an interview for your child and parents. It is an opportunity for us to get to know your family and an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have.
